Welcome to Nelson Healing Center; where we partner with you to identify what you need to reach your healthy potential and prevent future disease! We are happy to offer you comprehensive care targeted specifically to your biochemical, structural, and individual well being.

We invite you to take a look at our services, and our providers, and contact us for an initial free telephone consultation.

During that call, we will be able to ask each other a few basic questions, talk about some options, and determine if you would benefit from a consultation.

Once you set up your first appointment you will fill out an extensive and comprehensive questionnaire including background information, key areas you may be concerned about, and your health goals. For Dr Nelson, you will be asked to submit the results of any blood tests or other relevant medical records that were taken within the prior two years.

Please note: if any further blood testing is needed, fees will be paid directly to the lab by you, and are not part of Nelson Healing Center services. We can recommend which tests would be most beneficial to reveal your current physical health.

Both the questionnaire and any lab test results for Dr Nelson, will need to be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures there will be ample time for her to review your case prior to the consultation.

These questionnaires are extensive and comprehensive. They enable the provider to accurately discern your current health status and needs.
